Question:
What do you do with your hair when you take a shower?
Answer:
When I get in the shower, I pin up my hair to keep it from getting wet. I'm too lazy to cover it or anything, and it isn't really that important to totally cover it.
Sometimes my hair gets a little wet in the shower or bath, but that's not a big deal. If it gets a bit wet at night, I run my hands over it to evenly distribute the water throughout my hair. Then I try to leave it out to dry before braiding it up at bedtime, but otherwise, I braid it up wet.
Then in the morning, I do my usual, which is to unbraid it. then I wet my hands, smooth over my hair, then put a little conditioner in my hands, rub together, and smooth over my hair as needed (or you can wet your hands, add conditioner, rub them together, then smooth over your hair).
Whether my hair gets a little wet or not isn't important because I'll be dampening it—slightly—in the morning anyway to smooth and refresh my curls, and cut down on the frizz.
